Spearheaded by Jeremiah Castille, the AC Celebrity Weekend features a golf tournament, silent auction and a meet and greet in addition to several luncheons and evening socials. Proceeds will benefit the Jeremiah Castille Foundation. The public is welcome to attend the free meet and greet scheduled for Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Sidelines (located with Cosmo’s Restaurant in the Fish Camp Landing). There will be a worship and celebration service at the First Baptist Church of Orange Beach on Sunday morning starting at 10:30. Also, WJOX Sports Radio will be broadcasting live from The Caribe on Thursday and Friday mornings from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

On Thursday night from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., LuLu’s at Homeport Marina will host the Bump’N to Buckets challenge. LuLu’s keeps the party going on Friday night with EVP Tour exhibitions starting at 6:00 p.m. in addition to hosting the welcome party that kicks off at 7:00 p.m. Professional volleyball teams will compete for the $10,000 purse on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. followed by an awards party from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at The Hangout. On Sunday, nearly 20 amateur teams will hit the courts starting at 9:00 a.m.

The competition begins early Saturday morning with a 1,000-yard swim in the gulf and moves on to a 20-mile bike ride through the state park. Athletes will head for the finish line during the final leg - a 5-mile run. Afterwards, head to Live Bait II for the post-race party from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This triathlon holds two unique distinctions; it is the Alabama State Qualifier for the Best of the U.S. Amateur Triathlete Competition and the USA Triathlon Intermediate Distance Alabama State Championship.

Over 1,500 teenage athletes from all over Alabama will converge on the Gulf Shores Sportsplex for 17 different championship events. Action begins each morning at 9:30 a.m. and lasts until 9:00 p.m. on Friday night and 6:00 p.m. on Saturday evening.

Play for 20 Division 1A through 5A teams begins on Friday afternoon with games slated to start at 3:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Action resumes on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. and will really heat up as single elimination play begins at 12:30 p.m. Tournament action concludes Sunday evening at 8:00 p.m. with the championship game.

Championship play is scheduled for Sunday, November 11 at 2:30pm and will be broadcast on FSN/SUN. This championship is returning to Orange Beach for the fourth time in the last 5 years.

The top 100 teams for the Eastern and Western division compete for the top award of $100,000 cash. Anglers take-off each morning from Fishtales at the Wharf at 7 a.m. Weigh-ins will also be held at Fishtales at the Wharf beginning at 3 p.m. on Thursday and Friday with Saturday's weigh-in beginning at 4 p.m. The FLW Redfish Series Family Fun Zone will open at noon on Saturday and will include a National Guard HD theater, rock climbing wall and Humvee display.
